Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current fitness level, flexibility, mobility, skeletal allignment, movement patterns, and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

Targeted

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your current limitations, pain triggers, injury vulnerabilities, and fitness fears.

Integrative

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful tools such as body awareness, mind body connection, mindfulness during exercise, and more.

During the consult, we talk about your goals, medical conditions, and limitations. One very important part of personal training is for you and your trainer to be a good fit. The consultation is a perfect time to see if the fit is right and there is no obligation to sign up for any following sessions.
