Hi, I’m Catherine.

With almost 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping people discover what it means to have a healthy lifestyle. I specialize in exercise therapy, corrective exercise training, posture, skeletal alignment, pain management, and exercise for chronic conditions.

Understanding pain, and understanding how different bodies and minds respond to pain, is integral to my approach. We will work to decide the best course of action for your desired result. We will focus on mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength with the final goal being long-term functionality and a pain-free, active lifestyle.

I approach each client’s program from a place of healing the body and mind, making the body strong and resilient. We will work on being mindful of the way your body feels as you move. You will learn to recognize and listen to signals your body is trying to communicate to you. Learning to know what the body is asking of you is important when focusing on fitness for long-term activity, injury prevention, and pain-free movement.

I have a heart for physical and mental healing. My desire is to assist each client through their healing process as they progress through an individualized treatment plan.
